Reported by the schools, in their own data.

Each partner building receives an end-of-year report built from session logs, staff surveys, and student reflections. The figures below come from the 2025–26 reports. We publish what was observed and say plainly where data is still thin.

Each Child On Track.

Intensive support for students with disabilities. In one building, a Tier 3 mentoring initiative delivered 33 weekly one-to-one sessions to eight students, integrated with each student's IEP, over a sixteen-week period.

Three students closed multiple courses during the period, and four of six were on track to graduate by year end. One teacher described a student as having "improved self-regulation significantly since last year." We note where the sample is small: these are three to eight students, reported honestly.

What building leaders observed.

A safer morning group

One building credited the facilitator's sustained presence with shifting the culture of its most conflict-prone morning group, building trust with hard-to-reach students, and contributing to a safer school environment through de-escalation that extended beyond scheduled sessions. That building rated the program 5 of 5 in every category.

Growth teachers could see

At another building, teacher data showed "tremendous progress on behavior" for mentored students, including one who "used to storm out of class when he got upset" and had not done so in months by year end.

What students said they took with them.

“I started to focus more in school. The most surprising thing I learned was how smart I actually am.”

Student reflection, 2025–26

“Talk about my feelings more, because at first I used to shut down and build everything up.”

Student reflection, 2025–26

“When you’re going through the struggle you think you’re the only one, but then you find out other people are struggling.”

Student reflection, 2025–26

“The one-on-ones were awesome, learning about myself and other people. I had never had a class like it.”

Measuring more, building by building.

For 2026–27 every partner building runs the student and staff executive functioning survey at the start and end of each cycle, so growth is measured on the same items by the same people. Reports go to building leaders and families in plain language.
