From a single cohort to a building-wide model.

Your MTSS framework says what supports should exist. We show your building how to put them in action: one-to-one interventions for SEL and executive functioning, institutes that teach a skill over a semester, and two perspectives behind every individualized plan. Start where your building is.

What we offer.

Intervention specialists, general education teachers, paraprofessionals, counselors and MTSS teams, coaches, community youth groups and mentors, and the leaders who support them.

1:1 interventions and institutes

Facilitator-led Becoming the GOAT cycles: Tier 3 one-to-one interventions and Tier 2 institutes, integrated with IEP goals and your MTSS process. Executive functioning and GOAT Future Readiness in the same cycle, with the student and staff survey, student reports, and school-team review.

Coaching support for your staff

Side-by-side coaching for counselors, intervention specialists, and teachers who run their own sessions. Session planning, observation, and feedback on restorative sequencing and skill instruction.

Train-the-trainer

Certify your own facilitators to deliver Becoming the GOAT. Training, access to the curriculum library, and a monthly professional learning network for problems of practice. Sustainable after we leave.

Professional development

Workshops and series for whole staffs: trauma-informed practice, student voice, restorative practices, and executive functioning in the classroom. Designed with your leadership team, not off a shelf.

Emotional intelligence in the workplace.

For school staffs, leadership teams, and youth-serving organizations. The same skills we teach students, applied to adults: self-awareness, regulation under pressure, perspective-taking, and the conversations that keep a team working.

Self-awareness and regulation

Recognizing triggers, naming emotions accurately, and choosing a response instead of a reaction, in the classroom and in the meeting.

Perspective-taking

Reading colleagues, students, and families across differences, and adjusting without losing your own footing.

Restorative conversations

Repairing harm, giving and taking feedback, and rebuilding trust on a team after a hard stretch.

Offered as a workshop, a series, or leadership coaching. Ask us about pairing it with train-the-trainer.
