Our vision

As a pro-liberation organization, our vision is to develop organizations and educational institutions as disruptive, dedicated to impacting the communities and stakeholders in which they serve.

Our mission

Our mission is to design engaging intercultural coaching experiences that will sustain the growth of all people.

What we believe

We are a product of how we were socialized. To disrupt the inequities and limited opportunities provided to others, we must first critically reflect on our own experiences and beliefs.

Helping organizations recognize the appropriate ways to pivot and leverage differences are critical to sustaining relationships. We understand the need to support and partner with all stakeholders from this approach.

What we do

Our intercultural coaching is designed to enhance the culture and climate of organizations and learning spaces through:

  • Engagement
  • Ongoing learning
  • Collaboration

We embrace humanity as the opportunity to explore how organizations can work intentionally to impact inequitable experiences.
