We design our supports so that co-workers, youth, educators, and people across all professions are able to critically reflect on the ways in which practices and beliefs can influence and create equitable and inclusive places of work and classroom settings. Participant supports are aligned to individual and/or group plans designed to increase cultural awareness, disrupter competencies, and organizational needs. We also offer specific coaching cycles for educators, pre-service teachers, staff, and administrators that can support building and district goals.
